Wellness Bears raise funds for Polio
Three of our buddies, dressed with T-shirts showing "End Polio Now" images were raffled off at a recent Rotary meeting in Osoyoos. They raised 370 Dollars for the fight against Polio. That amount will buy enough vaccine to protect 500 kids from this terrible disease. Teddy Bears helping Kids - not a bad idea!

Third Wellness Bear Campaign underway
Sewers and dressers are getting excited about the new Fall and Christmas fashion. Couturiers from Paris and Milan were flown into Peachland to design the new wardrobe. The bears will make their first public appearance at the Peachland Christmas Craft Fair on November 28 at the Community Centre.
